The box said 'Required Windows 95 or better'. So, I installed LINUX.

OpenFarm

OpenFarm is being developed as a software and hardware solution to run a small to medium sized farm using growing enclosures. Control units running on Arduino/RISC-V hardware are connected to sensors to provide temperature, humidity, and moisture levels while relay switches are used to control lighting, heating & ventilation, and irrigation. "Programs" are loaded on to the control units to precisely control all switches 24/7 during a defined growing period. Sensor data is read at standard intervals, photos taken of the growth process, and any periodic notes are saved into a database for later analysis.

OpenFarm is in development and more information can be found on my dev server here.
